Pls advice me, my last period was 25 nov, i had unprotected sex between 4-18 of december. My next period should be 24 but didnt came. Im experiencing cramping and worst one is my breast and nipple so tender cannot even touch eat and i feel tired and sleepy. What this mean?

There is a possibility that you are pregnant, take a home pregnancy test. (a home pregnancy test will only pick up HCG 14 days after conceptions) Take two of those test.. a week apart from each other.. if they both show up positive consult your family doctor and have them give you a blood test to confirm.
