I've had this concern too and found out that it was caused by my undiagnosed Type 2 Diabetes. When I got my blood glucose more under control, it never happened again. Hopefully, you dont have the same issue, but you should get general blood work done or at least test your A1C blood sugar level at a local CVS. You can even buy A1C over the counter tester kit to test yourself.

I just experienced my first cut/tear last night. I had just had some rough sex and felt the pain of the cut after sex whole receiving oral. It stung & bled. I had no clue what it was! This helps me feel a little better, and hopefully it heals on its own. I've found that sitting backwards on the toilet, leaning forwards, and peeing a little at a time eases the pain.

Hello everybody!

I was suffering from the same symptoms that you were describing for a few years. Tried different things and doctors could never find anything... Then I read something about coconut oil and decided to give it a try. I apply it most days after a shower and used it for the past 2 years. Since then I had barely ever again any issues with this. Also found it great to apply it after shaving

Hello everybody, in early-mid march/2017, I too was experiencing these same exact symptoms on my labia part of my vagina. It started off itching, so I immediately thought it was a minor yeast infection, so I went to the pharmacy to purchase some anti itch creme. It did not work. The pain went from itching to severely stinging/burning, especially when urinating! I checked myself with a mirror and seen redness, swelling/puffiness and tiny cuts, they looked like paper cuts. I went to the doctor and they said "it looks like you may have herpes", they did urine test and I was diagnosed with a bladder infection. It's July now and I haven't experienced anything at all since. I'm wondering if I even have an STD, the doctors knowledge didn't seem so accurate. Is there still a chance I can have them?

I been really depressed and it's been effecting me mentally and emotionally.

I have the same problem and was freaking out till I read all your post. I didn't know what to use cause I don't want to make the cut worst or infected. Looking at all your post and what you guys used made it a bit more bareable. I'm still gna go get checked hopefully it's nothing serious

It sounds like what you ladies are describing is herpes. Contrary to the common pictures and descriptions you see/hear, often times herpes looks and feels similar to a small paper cut. I have had herpes for 13 years now and they often times appear as a small itchy cut that may or may not sting when you urinate. They almost always occur in the same location each time and they usually don't last long. I don't mean to alarm you ladies, but get it checked out! If you have Ana active sore they can test it. Otherwise they can only find out via blood test, which is more expensive.

My gyno said lichens sclerosis causes skin too be thinner around the genitals, it is mostly common with women going through menopause and doesnt typically occur with younger women but it isn't impossible. Your best bet is to go see a gynocologist.
