Hello. I am a guy who is 19 years old I cycle a lot. I love the nature, and I use all of my spare time to ride. Any cycling stories? Some advices for the young athlete, perhaps? Is it ok if I cycle daily? I was thinking of going into some really intense training, so it is better to ask, right? Any info is good, so I am waiting for your council.

Why wouldn’t it? You keep fit, and that is ok. Just don’t make a tempo that you cant fallow. Than you will be in trouble. Take it slow, that is the best way. You shouldn’t overwork yourself. I really hope you know your limits. But until you know that you have reached them, just step on and pedal that thing as hard as you can! Good luck with your intense training.
