I would like to do both; cycling and running. I don’t know how to organize my workouts and how much time to devote to each one of them. I am afraid that I will develop the skills and good form in one sport but it will be at the expense of another one. I don’t want that to happen. I would like to know in what dose should I cycle and run?

Well you have to make up your mind which one of them is more important and then adjust your schedule accordingly. You can also keep them at same priority and divide your spare time to equal parts. So you will run and cycle for the same period of time. You just have to be careful not to over train. Since you will be training two different workouts you may get the wrong impression that you are making very slow progress. Since there are two sports and only one body there is no other way but to make slow progress.
