Hi. I am a guy 24 years old and I practice jogging. I jog every two days, and I think that I have hurt my calf. It hurts now when I walk. I wouldn’t want to get out of shape, but I don’t think that I can wait much to run. Is there any solution to my problem? Could I somehow? Help!

Well. What you want and what you need is quite contradictory. You should take a rest if you want your leg to heal. I think that you should give it a rest for a week, and in the meantime buy a great thing called calf supporter. It will help you a bit, but you shouldn’t overwork (not to say overrun) yourself if you want your leg to heal.
