This afternoon i found a lump in my foreskin. Its as if the foreskin on the side of my penis is inflated a bit and hardened. I dont know if this caused it but this morning i masturbated but instead of coming on my bed i pinched my foreskin, which is long, and trapped the load inside the skin then released in a safe place that i could dispose of it. I am really freaking out and im thinking of going to the emergency room now but i think i should just wait. I didnt notice anything at all until i took a shower less than an hour ago and all seemed fine this morning? should i wait or go now? or has anyone else experienced this?
