i have one quite big white lump on my ball sack....a couple of years ago it got pion outs when i squeezed it...but now it got bigger and only blood comes out when squeezed....also some smaller ones have grown near it...is it anything to worry about or is it just a cyst?

i've had theses things for as long as i can remember and sometimes they hurt sometimes they bleed or just explode with the slightest touch. seeing the gp didnt help pills dont work and surgery just leaves you scared for life but they still come back
