How long ago? Did you use a condom? Regardless, you should get it checked out as it could be an STD. Are you having dark colored vaginal discharge or is the dark discharge from the sore? Where is the sore....is it inside your vaginal opening, vulva, labia?

I agree with what cristin posted. Any sort of dark discharge is not normal and is certainly not anything like a pimple so it is a really good idea to see your doctor and have it checked out. If you can't get an STD test by a doctor then at least go to a free clinic and have it taken care of there because this is more than likely not going to get better, and it's a good idea to talk to someone about it as soon as possible.
