My 18 yr old daughter is having a hard time with the pain of her throat. Pain meds(Loratab) upsets her stomach. I put ice pack on her throat ( I never know ice or heat) Any suggestions. She has been drinking water constantly but that is really hurting her this morning, very little to eat. Should I try some ensure?
