i don't even know how to describe this but here i go. there were several occasions where i shaved my vagina without any cream or lube..just dry and i think that's what caused this but now there are parts of my vagina where the skin just protrudes out. some of the skin protrusions look like a mountain ridge running alongside my labia. it is very embarrassing to have sex now and i don't know what to do to get rid of them or maybe it's a permanent problem?!?! in any case i have stopped shaving and intercourse until i can figure this out.

I too have experienced what you're referring to. And I believe they are vaginal skin tags. A lot of things can cause them and they are harmless. But rubbing on underwear or during sex can irritate them. There are ways to treat them at home, but to be safe, I am going into my doctor and making sure what steps to take. Don't worry.
