PLEASE! PLEASE! Can somebody help me??? im 21 and about a week ago i shaved my vagina VERY VERY! closely!! for the first time in my life!!! and may i add NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! i shaved with a razor that has a aloe vera moisturising bar that foams up when you use it with water but Shortly after it became VERY itchy, to the point where i couldnt stop scratching!! it has become very SORE and SWOLLEN.. My boyfriend and i have both looked, and to me it looks like either side has been burnt and there are raised bumps and some of the skin looks as if its peeeling???? is it something i need to go to the doctors about?? and wot do i use to get rid of it???

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Be careful it may not even be related to shaving, it could be something sexually related.

It's called RAZOR BURN- that's why it looks BURNT - you shaved TOO CLOSE- get some shea butter or cocoa butter and keep the area clean and dry change your panties at least two times a day if possible & use the cocoa butter or shea butter every night until and after the hair starts to grow back to keep the skin supple enough so when the stubble starts to break thru the skin it won't be painful and itchy. The shea or cocoa butter should help the itching also. AND STOP SHAVING IT SO CLOSE- IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE NAKED- THE HAIR GROWS DOWN THERE FOR A REASON- trimming it is ok (SHORT) but not SHAVEN BALD.
