Ok I will start by saying I was tested around febuary of 2015 for my yearly check up, my gyno told me I had trichomoniasis and chlamydia - I had been tested for everything and those were the results, clearly my boyfriend had cheated on me. So I picked up my prescription & begin my treatment immediately they were both pill form. Never messed with him again, but I noticed that there was a small sore bump on my outer vagina lip towards the top that would pop up every now and then go away but I paid it no mind because I still hadn't had sex since finishing treatment for trich and chlamydia. The bump never goes past that it's sore a little red and then just goes away. There no other symptoms it doesn't burn when I pee and I don't see any other bumps. So In december on 2015 I go to the ER because of bad menstrual cramps, at this time the bump isn't present or I would have asked about it. The nurse ask if I want do STD and HIV test so of course I'm like sure, even though I know I haven't had sex all year. So she takes y blood, do the swabs and run all the other test. She never tells me any test results that day, and I leave with my prescription for pain meds to help with my cramps. It is now feb of 2016 and I never received a call on whether my resluts came back negative or positive. I mentioned it to my mom and sister and they jokingly say that's a "good thing".. I figured it was too! Until recently when I saw the bump AGAIN. I so stressed because I saw things about herpes only have one bump and I'm like WTH do I have it and it was never detected?!?! Please HELP.. I am super confused by this issue by the way I am a 24 year old female if that info is needed.
