Did anyone used MetaSlim yet?

I've been using Metaslim for roughly a month now. I hardly ever weigh myself, because I think the measuring tape is a much better indicator of weight loss. I went from a size 8 to a size 5 (jeans size). Friends and family have also commented that I lost weight. :-D

However, I also try to watch what I eat, I try not to eat fast food, white carbs, sodas and sweets, although I do give in to cravings once in a while. (Like if I crave a burger, I get one, but I don't finish it all in one sitting.)

For exercise I do combined aerobics and weight training, first for 30mins a day, 3-5x a week, and now 1hr 4-5x a week. (if you're familiar with the tight on time series by Tamilee Webb, that's the program I use. Part of the Metaslim promotion was a CD of the workout. I'm loving it so far.)

Hi all. I have been reading everyone's success stories, but I notice every writes that they also reduced the calorie intake, work out up to 6 times a week, and all kinds of other measures that alone would explain the weight loss. I want to know what the actual metaslim does? Alone...

2 years back i wanted to shed off those extra pounds as i had a family wedding to attend. i started taking weight loss pills and i lost 17 pounds in 2 months.i stopped taking the pills after that and after the wedding function i found out i was pregnant but within no time i started bleeding and had a miscarriage.i was clear that this was the worst effect of weight loss pill.i would highly recommend that women who are trying to get pregnant should follow a healthy plan and ways to lose weight. the body will be healthy to carry the baby as well.

Hi, I bought the 2 pack of MetaSlim and was just wondering if anybody knows how to take them. The instructions are not very clear. Can I take both Weight Reduction and Carb Neutralizer together, and if so, how and when should I take them? I'm confused!
