A few days ago my loving and energetic dog jump full blast off the ground to go onto the couch right as I was bending over to pick something up. He smashed right into my nose and the pain was shocking and I fell to the ground. I loss sensation for a little bit and couldn't tell if it was bleeding, but checked and found no bleeding or break in the skin. Within 10 minutes the top of my mouth and front teeth began to ache, and any movement to the septum of my nose causes pain and pressure in my two front teeth (I tried to blow my nose and I felt like my front teeth were gonna fall out). I assumed it must be bruised, but it's been 4 days and that septum pain is still very present. Did I do more damage than I can see??? I've been looking for answers but can't find them. Has anyone had this happen to them before?
