Hi! I had PVC, and I had no symptom at all. When I had ECG, doctor told me that I have PVC. I was scared, because I know thought that is increased risk for sudden death. Sometimes the presence of PVCs indicates an inherent electrical instability in the heart, and therefore indicates an increased risk of sudden death. But, I didn’t know that these “dangerous” PVCs are generally limited to patients with significant underlying heart disease. You should know that more often, PVCs do not indicate any inherent problem with electrical stability, and are completely benign. You should talk with your doctor about symptoms you have and ask him to have ECG.
