Hello guys, I wanna know is there any particular diet for the weight gain , i am becoming weak day by day my weight is 47kg and i wanna gain more weight like upto 55kg.

Please do suggests some tips.

I've been in situation similar to yours for couple of years now (due to stomach problems and depression) and I totally understand that scary feeling of being weaker and weaker each day. Some days I needed an IV to get any nutrients, let alone maintain weight. But, I feel I'm in the better track now- currently at 56kg (from 46!). Here's what my 'diet plan' was - I was prescribed vitamin B complex which makes your appetite far more active.

The second step then is to eat foods that will be high calorie, high protein, but without all the unhealthy fats and additives. So, red meat, potatoes, protein shakes, muesli & cereals, milk & dairy products... I'm eating those as much as I need and now I finally see some difference. Bananas are always good for a quick snack, fruit & veggies you like as well.
