Have problems with my weight, health (family with a lot heart diseases), I don’t feel healthy and I know I could be in risk group for many dangerous diseases as heart attack is. I not so young any more and I have been told to eat health for reducing fat and cholesterol, some protein rich food. Need some good advice about that, what kind of food is the best for me.

You are not the only one, so many people have been told to take care of nutrition, it’s not that all of them care about that. My husband had one heart attack so I could be right person to give you advice, well, not so professional, but good I am sure.
There is a lot of diet with protein rich foods, and each is different on some way, it depends what you want to do. Reducing fat and cholesterol is also possible. For example, foods such as shrimp and lobster are high in cholesterol, but very low in saturated fat, so it is not damaging to the heart. Problem is when these foods are drenched in butter or other saturated fat rich sauces or ingredients are.
Legumes have very little fat and do not contain cholesterol, as all foods from plant sources. They are also a good source of soluble fiber that lowers blood cholesterol levels. Protein rich food is fish too, which contains less total fat saturated than meat and poultry. It is recommended to eat no more then 6 ounces cooked per day of fish or trimmed lean meat. Here you are one way to prepare legumes (they are very versatile): top a baked potato with black beans, onions, scallions and some salsa.

you should just keep in mind to never skip your breakfast.and keep away from all the fattening things like oil butters and sugars.and don't snack in between meals ,and after six pm don't eat anything at all.that's it iff you take care of this you'll loose very much faster and don't forget to have a briek walk for at least 45mn.
