Hello. I really need some answers. I get these spells that cause me to have difficulty breathing, and it feels like I can't take a deep breath. Also, it causes me not to be able to sleep. I usually don't worry about these spells because they eventually go away, but it's different now because I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and I don't want it to effect the baby. I need help!
