Disappearing testicles, please help!

HI have you had the problem diagnosed and fixed yet? I have the same problem. I am older now and the doctors said not to worry about it. Starting in my late 20's they start getting father up more and more often. I did have a sperm count done early on and it was normal. Then by my mid thirties the only way they came down at all was to sit in hot water. Also got the dull ache in my testicles as time went on. My wife had not go pregnant, actually early on she had tubular pregnancy and they took a that tube out so she only and one. But they decide to do a sperm count again and it was way down from 80 that it used to be to 20 but the doctors still figured that was not the cause. So now in my 50's, no kids and have had aching balls for a long time and it seemed to be getting worse than ever. The doctors still seemed to be non plused and said it was unsusual but did think it was the problem. Anyways I convinced them to do some hormone test and they were like 400% of normal. So then they did a sonogram of my testicles and didn't find anything real odd. But my sperm count is about 5 now. They tested my testosterone and found
out it was low total 250 should be (300-1000) and super low on the free (1) Should be (5-30). Now I use testium a testosterone gel. The one thing good that happend with that is the hormones became normal and the after several months the ache in my testicles stopped. Also think the ache is because the hormones were telling my testicles to make more sperm and testosterone and they couldn't do it because they became damage some how from being pulled up into the body for all those years.
I personally think this all is related to my testicles staying up in the body pockets all the time, which they still do, but the doctors diagnonis is "problem of unknown origin"
