Probable Solution to most of the last 4 years posts I've read. Simple to correct, very dangerous is it's not. Please check it out -
Sodium Deficiency, also called hyponatremia, or water intoxication - this may be the answer you're looking for, but please seek the advice of your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
For emergencies - try drinking just a little bit of salt water.
I too have suffered from this for over 3 years now - the worst experience being while I was at work when I had an attack and my employer having to call my emergency contact to collect me. I thought it was a panic attack, worse than I'd ever experienced before, if that was issue... my vision would go black, I'd be disoriented like I had swimmer's ear, my heart would race, lost feeling and control of my body, loss of power to stand, sometimes even sit up. I couldn't talk or respond, felt completely drained of all energy. My head would start to pound like a freight train running through it when I could talk again and I was always cold - easily getting the chills when the temperature would change just slightly. I ended up in the emergency room for the night and the doctors ran several tests on me, EKGs, etc. They had no idea of what was going on at the time. Only recently did I discover where the problem lies and how I needed to correct it.
There are several things that can happen which deplete the body of it's needed sodium. Excess water consumption, illness or medical reason that prevents the body from removing water, Not consuming enough sodium. Strenuous exercise that uses the body's electrolytes.. also, vomiting and diarrhea are a couple causes.
There is a point when you can consume too much water, or not eat often enough. Water can dilute the concentration in your blood or flush the sodium from the blood and leads to all these symptoms.
If you drink water often, try replacing some of the water you drink with a sports drink. I use a sugar free kind since I'm also diabetic, but these help to restore much needed electrolytes (that includes sodium) that the body needs. Sipping just a bit of salt water, if the situation gets bad, might not taste so good, but within 15 to 20 minutes, I find I'm feeling so much better and don't have to spend the rest of day totally out of it.
On average and depending on your health situation, the usual recommended daily allowance is between 1500 to 2300 mg / day. (Lower for those with heart or health concerns)
For a much better explanation of some of the ways this can affect the body, and how to resolve it, here are some sites you may want to read. Just copy the urls into your browsers address bar - or run your own internet search for sodium deficiency.

Hope this helps, and I can't stress enough mentioning this to your own doctor. He/She can tell you if this the right path, and if there is something medically wrong that might be causing the situation.

3 things that I did.
I had same issue for 2 years. Many visits to emergency rooms. Many tests but no answers.
I finally made my mind and decided to fight it by ignoring the signs and symptoms as much as possible.
Then, I started to do light workout.
I also had chiropractic treatment and he taught me the relaxation technique which I am doing everyday.
I do not have the symptoms anymore. It took me about 5 months to be symptom free since I decided to fight it.
Now I am thinking it maybe was the stress. I didn't think I was under the stress at the time. now I look back, it could be stress.

Unless it is happening at the time of the testing they will never know. Your blood pressure is dropping rapidly. You need to eat a well balanced diet and what your blood sugar levels. I had this as a child and I now have found my 8 yr old with the same problems. I also saw my now 21 yr old have the same when she was young. My oldest and I went threw the blood work EEG's CAT scans fasting blood tests and nothing. When it happens it just happens. My 8 yr old had her first today. I showed her this to let her know she's not alone and that others have the same problem. Oh, also watch out standing up too quickly!! It can lower you BP to a dangerous level!! After a "spell" eat something hard like a carrot or hard pretzel it will ease the headache that follows. Also notice if you clench you teeth at night.

If you can see the mold, try tilex mold and mildew. It works wonders!! It will kill the mold, but do it then leave for awhile. Keep a soda and sugar tables, that are in the diabetic section of any pharmacy, and tell her to let you know when she feels like she's in a tunnel or a fog. That is a warning sign of a "spell". I live day to day with this. I wish you both good luck.

my daughter is almost 11. She has just recently, about three weeks ago, starting getting dizzy bouts and passing out. last night she passed out in the hall way, so we told her just to go to bed, thought she was tired. Five minutes later we heard a loud crash from her room and she was crying. She had passed out getting into bed and knocked her little flat screen over on herself. Gave her a bloody nose and pretty big raspberry on her wrist. Tried the er and got no where, didnt even get seen! Today we are taking her to urgent care. Hopefully they can give us some answers. Also she has pretty bad headaches too. sound like anyone else on here? What has anyone found out about theirs?

I am Sooo glad I am not alone here. I've had constant migraines since October of 2012. I black out fairly often. I've been to several doctors and they can't find anything that's wrong I have been on several medication but I find that eating chocolate or small amounts of caffeine help my migraines. I drive a lot so I always have some handy. I recently found out that I have had this problem since I was little just not as severe. I have baffled just about every doctor in my area. I have been sent for MRIs blood tests and much much more and nothing seems abnormal. So unfortunately I am still a mystery. Sounds like though you possibly have chronic migraines I'm not a doctor soo I can't confirm that. It also helps to stretch out your neck as you feel your head starting to hurt. Just simply moving your head from side to side helps it keeps the blood flowing alittle faster.

I get those same dizzy spells! thought nobody else got them so I never bothered to tell anybody about them. My vision slowly goes to black and I cant see anything for about 5 seconds. I have to lean on something to keep from falling over. My vision (for lack of better terms) sprinkles back in. This has been happening for years.I am 15 and female. Recently turned vegetarian (which seems to make it worse).
