My brother (14 yrs old) has been experiencing extreme dizziness since September. He has tested negative for Vertigo amd all blood tests came back normal. At night it gets worse...the same exact time each night. And latley he has complained that he can't focus for more than a couple of minutes. He has had CT scans, MRIs, blood tests. Everything comes back normal. Also he has exrreme pain in his knee wirh no physical damage or explanation. He can't put pressure on it or even touch it or bend the knee.
Please help if possible.

Are there any other symptoms besides these you already described? Symptoms like headache, chronic pain in other body parts, fatigue, anxiety or gases?
If it's so, maybe your brother has fibromyalgia. A friend of mine had that illness few years ago. It was triggered by a car accident he was involved. But, apart of that cause, fibromyalgia can appear as a result of heavy psychical stress or some viral infection.
Did your brother suffered from some trauma before dizziness occurred?
Aspirin was very helpful to my friend, but until you are sure about diagnosis, don't try any strong medication.
Just try to get as much sleep as he can and use some painkillers to help him relax.
