for the past month I have been very dizzy. I get a head rush when I go to stand a few times daily.  A few mornings when i stand up i loose all vision. it just goes black for a few long seconds.  I have horrible headaches everyday that make me want to vomit every day at around 3pm and at night around 10pm. I also can't stand to be in a car that i am not driving at the times these are going on. light bothers me greatly.  I am 21 and tho i am not in perfect shape i shouldnt feel short of breath and dizzy when I take a simple walk up a filght of stairs. I am not pregnant. I took at test and started my period. I don't really know what it is but i need it fixed. I am a single mom and am afraid to carry my baby up stairs.

This sounds a lot like dysautonomia, there are a few different types so I would definitely reccomend looking it up online and checking to see if you have it.  Next time you stand or walk up a flight of stairs measure your heart rate and see whether it increases or decreases as this may be an indicator to whether or not you have dysautonomia.  At least the part where you stand up and loose vision sounds like orthostatic hypotension which could be a variety of different conditions.  If you think you have this print out a page from the internet explaining what it is and give it to your doctor chances are they have no clue what it is and it is hard to get a diagnosis unless you go to a specialist (Cardiologist, or an ear, nose, and throat doctor who specializes in dizziness).  I hope this was helpful:).

NONE OF WHAT YOU ARE HAVING IS NORMAL AND YOU ARE A MOM, W/ LIL ONE'S OR A LIL ONE. HAVE THEM TEST YOU FOR DIABETES. FIND A GOOD DOCTOR ONE WHO IS COMPASSIONATE ABOUT HIS OR HER PATIENTS! AND UNDERSTANDING THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO EXSTABLISH A PATIENT DR, RELATIONSHIP WHO YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH! I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!!

Did u ever get this resolved? When I was 21 I had the same symptoms and after going to an optometrist, opthamologist, and finally a neurologist they found out it was Hydrocephalus. Which is increased amounts of fluid in your brain. It was putting pressure on the backs of my eyes and throwing everything off. They gave me a spinal tap to drain some of the fluid, put me on DIAMOX and I have not needed to go back since. In the beginning they were concerned that it was multiple sclerosis, in fact they were sure. Until they noticed I wasnt necessarily having the excruciating headaches that go along with MS. Another thing that may help, losing a.couple pounds. Not a lot, just a little can make a difference. I never was huge or anything so I thought it was weird that could play a factor. I was about 162 @ 5'3...
