This happens to me often, it feels like I am under the "imperious curse" or in other words I have no control over my extremities and my mind goes blank. For example, while stretching today I passed out and woke up on the floor petting my hair and giggling, having no recollection of how I got there for several seconds. I don't know what it is.

For example, while stretching today I passed out and woke up on the floor petting my hair and giggling, having no recollection of how I got there for several seconds. I don't know what it is. Normally I can make it to the floor without falling and get back up like nothing happened (my family is now used to me flopping onto the floor) but sometimes I will forget to move to a safe space before it happens and hit my head. I feel dizzy but calm and happy, but sometimes have a headache afterwards.

That happens to me as well, if I stretch or suddenly get out of bed in the morning my vision starts to get blacker and it can be scary because i can see just things that are in the middle of my vision (it's hard to explain) and everything is getting black towards the middle. After few seconds everything turns back to normal but my head sometimes hurts, i can be a little dizzy and my heart races. I have once blacked out in my bed when I stretched, everything turned black and I passed out. I woke up 2 minutes later when I hit my head on the nightstand and I was really confused.

Anyhow most of our doctors aren't listening properly and it seems to rare to recognize, and yet, here we all are. All talking about the problem. And the solution?
Stretch with caution guys. I eat well, I hydrate and I can still make myself faint if I have a lot of tention in my shoulder blades. Just a matter of stretching my arms out. And...back. I see a white light slowly encompass my world all thought looses meaning as my motor skills slowly give up on me. When stretching be prepared to faint. Dizziness hits me first and when I feel it , I relly on my leg muscles but dip my head down carefully, the blood flow will come back.

I passed out today and hit my head on concrete, careful for concussions guys!

It sounds like you have what I have: postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. POTS for short. See a doctor if you haven't.

Also adding salt to your diet and drinking more water can help in the meantime.

I'm not sure how to describe it, but every time I stretch, my whole body goes limp for a split second. It only started happening a week ago, so that when I started to wonder why it did that

I eat more than I should and i still feel the same things these young ladies are describing. I am 48 years old and this has been happening quite a bit over the last 15 years or so.
