Please ask your doctor about Dysautonomia. I had the same problems (and I also have salt cravings and eat a ton of salt which is apparently a symptom) and found out I have Dysautonomia. I, Iike you, had problems like this since I was a teen, but it didn't get really bad until about 2 years ago when it was happening several times a day and I finally asked the doctor about it. Please see my post about Dysautonomia below.

I was told I have something called positional or postural blood pressure. It sounds like a lot of people on this page have it. here is a link.

When I stretch, it sends a pain to my forehead and sometimes blacks me out (BUT THIS IS VERY RARE AND ONLY HAPPENED ONCE). I haven't blacked out in a long time. I think you should see a doctor.

There is a condition that might be the culprit !  When stretching and having a big yawn, depending on the positon, you could be putting pressure on the carotid artery in the neck, causing what is called " Vagal " or " Sympathetic " nerve response. This can cause a sudden drop in pressure and cause you to be instantly weak or passing out or cause you to have a very rapid heart rate all of a sudden...for jut a minute or so.  Hope this helps !  danny

this has been happening to me since I was in 1st grade, I'm in 7th grade now. I don't know what to do. my eyesight goes black but I don't pass out, and my eyes hurt. One time I was getting out of my dad's truck and I was stretching and my eyesight went black and I fell out onto the cement, but it didn't hurt my head and I couldn't move. My body went numb. I'm scared and I don't know what's happening. And remember, I'm in 7th grade and I'm 13. this has been happening to me since I was in 1st grade.

I kinda have the same thing except when I stretch I get dizzy and my vision goes black and I kinda just sit down so I don't get hurt if I fall over.

Well this is late but I have your answer, I had the same problem too but sometimes I would strech as hard a possible just to get this feeling for fun . This does happen very often to me ) the ansew is your blood pressure is lower than average causing not enough blood to pump up to your brain if standing up to quick ) for streching blood is quickly increase but after releasing the blood flows away from the brain causing dizziness . So your blood pressure is either low due to inheritance or not eating enough ) by the way it's better to have lower blood pressure then a higher one so don't be to worried hope it help

Im 13 and I experience these same types of symptoms you are describing and I have been experiencing them for years and now i have found people who have also experienced it. I was researching and I think this might be the answer to most of your questions. The Things you are describing could be signs or coukd be spot on with Orthostic Hypotension. I know I'm kind of late to the conversation.

Ive had this all my life. Sometimes when i am stressed, i get sezuiers and ive cracked my head open from it. Now it usually lasts like 20 seconds and my hearing sounds like im under water, and i grab onto something so i dont fall. I can feel my whole body switching and shaking. I told my doctor when i was younger that i had "Black outs" but he didnt understand and diagnosed me with epilespy.  Im 17 now, and it only happeneds when i yawn or stand up or feel stressed.
