Having sex 3 days before your period it is extremely unlikely they are the father, the egg will not be viable. You are almost at your lowest fertility.
You will also NOT have a normal period if you are pregnant but you can have bleeding.
You ARE VERY LIKELY to conceive having sex 10 days after your period. That's just about when you ovulate and your fertility would be at the highest level.
You can always get a court order to determine paternity. But I don't think you'll need to worry about it. Your boyfriend is the father, almost guaranteed.
