Hi. I’m 24 and I’ve been overweight almost half of my life. Few months ago I’ve started one very healthy diet I got from friend of mine and I can already see the results. To be honest, the trick was to eat right kind of food, not the amount itself. Now, I’m trying to make list of foods I will eat in the future… I’m interested if anybody here knows how healthy egg white is and does it raise colestoral?? Also, I’d like to know how many calories does it have… Thanks for replies!

Egg whites are just the food for you!! They are very low in calories, have no fat at all, they are loaded with protein and have no cholesterol. The only thing you should take care of, when egg white is in question, is that it is not for “weak at stomach” persons. As for the calories, one large egg (egg white) has app 17 calories.
