Hi, I am 13 years old and I have white bumps all over my balls. Toward the too side of my balls they get bigger and are like white pimples. I also have them on the underside of my penis and they are so like pimples. I have know idea how long I have had them and I need to know if there a std. Are they ? Do I need to see a doctor, how do I ask my mom because I am extremely embarrassed and just how do I get rid f them. Please answer my questions ! HELP me !
