I'm only 16 and for as long as i can remember i have had this constant thumping in my head. I used to complain about it but everyone assured me it was only a headache but i fall asleep with it and wake up with it and have always had trouble sleeping from a very young age staying up past midnight being unable to sleep. Only a few years ago did i realise not everyone goes through what i do and my head has been getting worse that i break down in severe pain and i go weeks without sleep (which is affecting my grades: /). I have muscles like concrete that are extremely painful but i was born with slight cerebral palsy i don't know if that is part of it? i have also found that absolutely no painkillers work for me and whenever i go to the doctors the assure me nothing’s wrong but that's not how i feel and i have had E.M.Gs and other scans to try and figure it out and they all come up clear. All of my friend just think I'm bull shiting it to get out of school even tho i force myself to go almost all days. I'm considerably active as I'm a surf life saver and a surfer but i am also a not as fit as i should be and have low stamina even tho I'm constantly training to improve.
Some family friends said something about chronic fatigue but I'm not sure and i stumbled upon this site and I'm hoping you might have some ideas?

As I'm clueless and am sick and tired of my issues!
