I was watching something on TV so there I hear first time for this term. Elephantitis of the penis. Sounds like penis is enlarged, but what I want to know if this mean penis is bigger then usually or that is something else? If my penis is larger then some average, do I have elephantitis of the penis? What causes this abnormality or disorder, whatever that was?

First to explain what word elephantitis means. That is a vivid and accurate term for the syndrome it describes. Gross, visible enlargement of the arms, legs, or genitals as you mentioned to elephantoid size. Elephantitis may be the result of a paracistic infection caused by three specific kinds of round worms. Long and threadlike worms block the body’s lymphatic system. They are making a network of channels, lymph nodes and organs that help maintain proper fluid levels in the body by draining lymph from tissues into the bloodstream. As you can guess, this blockage causes fluids to collect in the tissues. Result is great swelling called lymphedema. Limbs (or penis) can swell so enormously that they resemble an elephant’s foreleg in size, texture and color. That means elephantitis of the penis in not if penis is bigger then usually, than result of infection, usually worms.

You probably don't have penile elephantiasis. It's more likely that you just have an erection.
