Twenty two years old, and I really want to get runnnig. I'm just under 6'3, 245 pounds. In the last two years I've come down from 305.. I have a big build, wide shoulders, big upper body. A fair size gut, but I don't look extremely large.
What I'm wondering is if before I get into this if I need to lose more weight, or if that could be accomplished while starting a running program. I'm kind of the impatient type, and would rather just start at it, but If thats going to be harmful and not get me anywhere I'd like to know.
Any insight would be appreciated
