I went in on my first ob appointment on 4/16/13 and Doc couldn't feel no heart beat so he directly told me to go down to the hospital and did the same day couldn't tell me nothing and went home and then went back 4/17/13 to see doc to only find out he said my baby past away due to no heart beat and I was 8 weeks pregnant. I don't know what to think because my body still feels the same of being pregnant but no signs of miscarriage. Doc wants me to go back in about a week to take medicine to make it come out but i wonder if he is right or wrong maybe I should get another look. I've read some stories about people who didn't go get there medicine and everything was just fine and doc didn't know what he was talking about obviously that really got me thinking about that. I just don't know if I should go through the bad news again if true. Can anyone help me out

Go get a second opinion before you do anything.
If you were at the hospital and they didn't find anything conclusive or send you home with results - I would not be happy about this or with this. You need to be checked again by someone else. Not conclusive enough evidence that just because he can't find heartbeat that the baby is not viable anymore - you need a scan and blood test to confirm that indeed your HCG levels are dropping and not increasing.
