does anyone know if gonorrhea or Chlamydia can appear suddenly after six years. I've been married for six years and have always been faithful and I don't doubt my husband has been also but having weird sudden symptoms no uti no bladder infection, no discharge no funky smell no fever no burning really or constant need to pee but a heated feeling in lower portion of vaginal canal. no lesions and seems to be worse when I stand long periods of time. I'm at a loss:/
