I like to ride a bike. I want to become faster. I am not that slow but can certainly drive faster. However I lack both endurance and speed. I have heard of Bike Sprinting Training. My friend boasts with good results coming out of such training. Is it good for me?

One can always benefit from doing sprint training. It gives you speed and increases your chances of winning the race. Everybody should incorporate sprints in their workouts. The amount of sprint training will depend on individual training objectives and goals. I am doing sprint training on a regular basis, especially sprinting intervals. They are really powerful. I suggest you do the same.
