How the hell can you say that? Don't you know that when you masturbate then you're body's primary work is to reproduce Sperm in the next 24 hours if your diet is c**p then definitely in 48 hours masturbation is not harmful not even healthy if done in limit if you masturbate once a week then it's healthy no more then that.

You really don't know any medical facts do you because if you did then you would actually know that your body is constantly replenishing sperm wether you masturbate or not!
You would have to be on a really really bad diet for that to happen, you only have to look at African groups who have very little nutrition in there diets yet the men are tall and skinny but some still have 3 or for kids, I doesn't matter if you masturbate once a month or once a day sperm will still be replaced at the same rate!

Nothing you eat drink or do will make you grow taller if your not in a growth stage, when that happens you will grow taller naturally.
Nothing on earth will force your body to grow taller, if you have reached your late teens and you've not grown any more then its 99.9% certain your growth plates on your bones have shut down and thats the height you will remain!

I am sure that masturbation can't affect the process of growing taller. I haven't ever come across the information that these processes are connected.

Lack of sleep through masturbation or other reasons during teen years is more likely to because our brains make the growth hormone during sleep but masturbation won't directly affect height growth.

But the problem with me is different i masterbat a lot and i am too highty. i think over masterbetting grows hight rapidly..... What do you think.... Waiting for your reply....
