bro, I also quit masturbation but, nightfall started, will it affect the same as masturbation

Im a 13 year old (also paki somehow lolol) and i'm currently 5'6. Ive been doing it since i was 9 and i was probably 5'1 or 5'2 back then. Even now, i dont think my height growth has stopped. Just december of 2021 i was 5'5 and now that i measured my height again, im 5'6. I do 100% believe its all because i take in a lot of nutrients. Been drinking milk ever since i can remember. But i do believe that if i dont stop then this prob will get worse. So im cheering for all of u that this problem of ours shall be stopped soon and we will live a healthier life inshaAllah. :D

i was around 13,5 when i first started, then quarantine came in and i got addicted and shi, i was around 163cm at 13,5 now im 15,5 and i am 183cm/6ft so i dont think masturbation effects height.
