I put it on over night or during the day when I can stay at home. I put a thick dot on the cystic acne spot and let it work its magic. Last night, I extracted some blackheads and you know how swollen and irritated red skin looks like afterwards...my skin was also feeling a bit tight and dry (dry winter air etc.) so I put Vicks all over my face like a night cream. My eyes were watering a bit from the scent but it faded after few minutes. I kid you not: I woke up with beautiful, even skin. I just had to use a bit concealer and loose powder... Man, nobody believes me that this is a skin saver!

Wont the vicks rub off on your pillow ?.....therefore it no longer will be on your face ...I have bad acne and am looking for ways to clear it up ..by reading the comments it sounds like it works..
