Hi, I had such a problem a year ago. It turned out, that I had so called "floaters". It was described to me as organic material structures literally "floating" in the gel part of the eye. Sometimes they present no trouble, but if they start impeding with vision it develops to more serious problem. It can be a sign of a tear somewhere in your eye. Floaters get worse with age, so it will require more attention as you grow older. In some cases also detached retina can be considered, but this requires more investigation. You are too young to leave vision impairments untreated so please check this thoroughly.
