Sometimes I'm concerned when I work out that I'm not drinking enough H20 - anyone else feel this way or am i alone on this??
I've started mixing the on the go crystal light packets with my water to disguise the taste to encourage me to drink more water - does anyone else do this? Or what other ways do you make sure that you consume enough water?
