Yesterday morning i woke up with a dull pain in my testicles. The pain stayed all day and then this morning i woke up with the same pain. I took a warm bath and i made the pain go away for about a half an hour then it was back. The pain is worst when i am laying down or sitting. I also have had an upset stomach and diarrhea. IS there any answer to why im feeling this pain?
