My left ear hurts. I think it might be my sinuses but not sure. It hurts when I talk, I have a headache, and the pain kind of goes down to my neck area. My ear hurts to touch it on the inside and out. But its only my left ear. I cleaned it the other day because it was muffled and now it feels like this. Could it be from me cleaning it with a q-tip? Ive googled it and it come up as an ear infection or tmj. ive been told i sometimes grind my teeth at night. I have real bad allergies though also. Im not sure. someone help.
