My husband who is 62 (I'm 45) has been having headaches. The dr first perscribed ear drops and that didn't help. HE continued to have massive headaches and the dr sent him to an ENT dr. The ENT dr just told him he had a tumor in his left ear and is sending him to have an MRI tmre and his dr's appt was today. Should I be worried. He keeps getting dizzy, he can't do what he use to do. He gets tired very easy and when he goes to the dr's without me he doesn't ask the dr's questions like I would. All he said was that they will no more when the MRI comes back. Can it spread to his brain or the other ear? He use to be very active and now he is now.

It's hard to say if the tumor will spread or not. Did they say that it was malignant or benign? Have they even done a biopsy yet or have they not done it? I'm sure he's being a little bit reticent and he's probably a little scared right now. In either case, don't worry yourself with speculation and just wait for some real answers. And keep us posted!
