Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex the day after my period. That was a week ago. Today I've had nausea and threw up, I'm cold and extremely sensitive, especially down low. I've also been dizzy and sore all over. And the smell if food makes me feel sick. If I were pregnant would I even be hanving any symptoms this early??

It is theoretically possible to experience early signs of pregnancy a week after conception, especially nausea, abdominal bloating, and sore breasts. Frequent urination and a change in your sense of smell are other ones that can come along early on.
However, it's quite unlikely that you are pregnant if you had sex the day after your period ended, and not since. It's not impossible, but it is not the most likely thing in the world. Unfortunately, you'll still have to wait until you get or miss your next period to know for sure.
