I have a question regarding eating and running the fact is that started running recently and for I want to keep myself in good condition and keep myself in healthy physical form and shape but I seem to have the eating and running problem. it is about whenever I eat and run after that I have stomach problem it hurts so much I can't walk either and also like my chest hurts after eating. So what could this be?

It is nothing special or to say if you thought you have some serious disease it is not so. You just don't do it right way for god sake who else eat-and who knows what you eat-and goes running right after he was eating that is huge mistake. You should never eat before running and how come you haven't known that anyway for everybody knows it? And when you eat you do that at least two hours before running and it better be some light meal but of course healthy meal for everybody needs to eat healthy especially ones who exercise. I also run regularly and I follow those simple rules if I want my run to be ok and also after every one I take 2 or 3 pieces of chocolate just to get some energy and sugar. And keep in mind it is not only about eating for drinking water is also very important before and during running.
