Ejaculation pains in my left arm

Hello I'm a twenty eight year old male, and for about two months i've noticed a shooting pain in my left arm, at the top left of my forearm just below the elbow. This pain occurs most times up on climaxing during sex. I just wondered if you could tell me what it is? it's not an excruciating pain but all the same it's now playing on my mind. It's like a dull throbbing pain maybe four to five times then it disappears. many thanks Ryan

I get similar symptoms during ejaculation....every time I climax I get a sharp shooting pain in my left arm...feels like hundreds of tiny needles stabbing me all over my upper arm..its been happening for about 6 months now and every single time during ejaculation..have asked my doctor and he has no idea..can somebody please help me cause its driving me mad not knowing what's wrong!! Me too... Its happens to be specific in my bicep. I do workout and so on. Really don't know what it could be. I located the feeling in the large vein in my left arm. I know I'm healthy. If you have any info since your post do share.

I'm female and have this same pain when extremely aroused. I have had it for years due to suffering from frigidity. I have been unable to find anything to explain this, but I assume now from reading the comments of other posters suffering from same that it probably relates to nerve endings.

from a firstaid point of view any pain within the shoulder is releated to a heart attack or heart ache it could be nerve endings also but i jsut may be that your heart gets such a high pace that it sends a pain to the perticular area.

I just had my first experience with this and I just started working out but more importantly I just started taking excersising supplement that promote focus fat burning and energy so I'm guessing my heart rate must play a factor. I might be getting a fast enough rate that my heart panics or thinks I'm having a attack or maybe I myself believe I am having an attack. That's just my guess I was freaking out till I read these messages

Wow... me too. This just started recently. Left bicep short sharp stabbing pain only during ejaculation then passes just as quickly as it came (so to speak). Worried it might be tied to some kind of coronary issue? In ok shape for my age (49)

26y male and I've started getting this too not really painful but a throbbing sensation in what feels like a vein or artery in my left arm upon climaxing, was scared first time it happened thought heart might be on it's way out, not been to Doctors because doubt NHS will give something like the time of day.
