I would like to know something about the proteins drinks. I am working in the company and my job is transport of the furniture. It can be very hard and demanding work. So, I have decided to workout. I am going to the gym. I know that I need proteins for muscle growth. Can you recommend me some protein drink?

You didn't say exactly what kind of proteins you want to take. There are a lot of types of proteins. There are those which are most popular, those which are slow to digest, those with 500 calories per serving, those with low or no lactose. I will give you one recipe: use 10 oz apple juice, 1 scoop ice, ½ large banana, 4 frozen strawberries, and 2 scoop vanilla Bomber Blend. This is very powerful protein drink.
