The pictures have been removed before I got here but from everything you've explained it seems like you've had a (loose) or (botched) circumcision. google these conditions and compare. I hope this helps anyone.

My son has the same problem and I was informed that the newer device they're using to circumcise boys leaves a little excess skin. I'm not sure why, but the doctors don't see it as a problem. This is why his father's and what I  am used to seeing is different. I didn't want him to think he was different, but most guys from 20 years ago and forward will look this way, so I'm told so don't worry. Also, as a female, I have never decided not to have sex with a guy based on the appearance of his penis, or the size. I hope that helps.
