So I have just turned 15 a few weeks ago and I have had this problem for a few years (I hope it's not a problem anyways) and when I look at the underside of my penis there is some extra skin. It doesn't hurt, it don't feel any different (I hope) and I was just wondering what it was. (I way about 240 lbs 5-7 or 5-8 and I don't look all that obese. It's 2 inches flaccid and 4 1/2 erect. I can somewhat see the skin when it's erect. And one more thing, when it is erect, at the bottom it is darker than my head. I am I white male. Any info will help. Thanks!

Hey there it's hard saying because we can not see exactly what this extra dark skin looks like but based on your description it could be your raphe ( the suture where your skin joins durring development in your mother.... Look up pictures of ornile raphe and see if that's what it is

Ae you in the Philippine Islands? If so, then you have had a dorsal slit operation. In a dorsal slit operation, the top of the foreskin is cut and it hangs under the penis.
