Well Mark, it is very hard to say much when you have just stated your symptoms and didn’t give any more info about your age, general health, when they first occurred, if something caused them, what aggravates them, and how long have you suffered from these symptoms.
Your symptoms could be indicating almost anything in your gastrointestinal tract and I reckon you should see a doctor. They may decide to test your stool and then perform other necessary exams to determine what your problem may be.
It is actually impossible to say much without an examination. Anyway, I hope everything turns out well.

I, too had this problem when I was your exact age. My problem was that one of my kidneys was swelling due to irritation, thus irritating my back. Without going into to much detail, my issue was that my kidneys were producing an excess amount of calcium. As I grew older, I grew out of this problem and am fine now. I would suggest your parents press for an ultrasound to rule out any kidney problems. Also, get a second opinion from another doctor, that is always important to do with any ailment. I hope you find help with this, I know, dealing with pain is not how you should be spending your adolecent years

Pain management can be steroid injections in your spine. I had 3. they were weeks apart. Now I can live with the pain. It's much less painful. the steroids stop the inflammation in your back. I take percocet for pain still, but lots less than before the shots. It was worth it for the shots. I cried in pain with my back.
