extreme tooth pain 4months pregnant what can i take?

you can put a head of a spice named in spanish "clavo" in traslator is "nail" on the tooth for 5 to 10 min and the pain goes away,u will smell like a dentist office,maybe u know what specie im talking about,hope it helps :D
