I am 23, married and have one child. I have had the mirena for 1 3months and took a HPT and it has a very faint 2nd line, that was 3 days ago. Today I started bleeding and now having back & stomach pains. I dont know if this is a MC or not, just wanna know if anyone has gone or going through the same. Very scared and just wanna know whats going on!

I would say more than likely your just having a period...I have had a miscarriage recently but i was 3 months prego...you can tell by the smell of the blood rather it was a period or miscarriage...there is a very different smell between the two...
